Land Pro Irrigation Destroys Property

On 12 October 2024, Shawn Zartman, son of George and Judy Zartman, of Land Pro Irrigation, LLC was hired to cut my neighbor’s tree after Hurricane Milton. Shawn, an apparent novice with a chainsaw, further damaged my property by incorrectly cut a tree, launching it through my screened porch, cracking my pool, destroying my retaining wall, and compromising my roof, as well as much, much more. This amounted in over $300,000 in estimated damages. All of his actions were recorded on video.

At the time, Land Pro Irrigation, LLC was defunct and listed as “Inactive” on SunBiz. Due to his LLC being inactive, he was unlicensed, uninsured, and was actively lying to customers claiming he was. Oh! By the way, Shawn Zartman is a convicted crackhead.

When I asked for Land Pro Irrigation’s insurance from Shawn Zartman, he refused. He has since blocked my number, but is still operating in Temple Terrace, St. Pete, and Tampa, Florida.

Don’t let Crackhead Shawn Zartman onto your property or you will become his next victim.

Similar to his LLC renewal, he didn’t pay to renew his website, so I bought the domain for less than $10.
